Phostine Logistics shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms of Service if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, embargoes, government orders, or any other force majeure event.

Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect.
